We will assist you in the selection of a site to construct your Space Aliens® Grill & Bar. Many options exist in the financing or leasing of real estate and construction of your building, including the use of independent developers. Remodeling and conversion possibilities also exist. We will provide plans for our prototype building that is designed for efficiency, comfort and economical utility usage. Each market will be evaluated for contractors with price and quality in mind to help ensure fair and competitive construction costs.

Operations and Training:
Our menu development, a practical kitchen layout, equipment selection, and hands-on training are the key elements behind our success. From meal preparation, to the greeting of customers, to the training of employees, we believe the owners must play an active role in all aspects of the business, and develop systems that work for each individual restaurant. As a franchise entrepreneur, you will be provided with an operations manual and up to 15 weeks of training as needed to prepare you and your team to deliver our shared passion for "total guest satisfaction." A training team will be provided to help with the opening of your restaurant.

We will also provide on-going services of in-store operations and training consultations, menu testing, product development and equipment layouts to help you run a successful business.

Purchasing:
Our purchasing director is constantly reviewing products for price, quality and yield. Our multi-unit account status and volume allows us to deal with major key manufacturers and distributors to protect food costs. We monitor fluctuating food commodity markets and futures on high-volume items, and contract with purveyors to take favorable positions and stabilize prices. As a result, we maintain some of the most economical food costs in the casual dining market, which means more unit profit and a better return on investment for our Space Aliens® franchises.

Marketing and Advertising:
Our independent marketing and advertising agency, based out of Fargo, North Dakota, develops and produces creative material for electronic and print media. From our restaurant table tents to our 30-second television spots, this agency helps brand Space Aliens Grill & Bar®. We will provide creative material for use in your market, and our marketing and advertising agency will help you develop your own marketing plan to build sales and reach your customer base.
